Description
Plot Summary
This film revolves around three characters who are at different turning points in their lives. A star studded cast, including Isabella Huppert's portrayal of a rural girl who comes to the city to become a prostitute; Natalie Bay plays a professional woman who is determined to give up her city job and enjoy a rural life in the countryside; Jacques Dieteron plays a director of a television program who has just divorced his wife and is in a low point in his career. The film astonishingly uses slow motion photography, which looks quite beautiful. It is precisely this film that has brought Godard back to the film industry after leaving commercial filmmaking for several years, receiving a very enthusiastic response and once again consolidating the director's position at the forefront of producing innovative films.
