Plot Summary

The film is adapted from the first book of James Dashner's trilogy of dystopian science fiction novels of the same name! There will be a second release next year! The new generation of beauty scandals in the era of fresh meat has emerged. The boy Thomas (played by Dylan O'Brien) wakes up in the elevator and strangely remembers nothing except his name. When the elevator opened, he arrived at a strange place called the "clearing in the woods". Surrounded by tall stone walls, there are many boys living inside the walls, including Newt (played by Thomas Sangster), Chuck (played by Blake Cooper), Mino (played by Ki Hong Lee), and others, all trapped in a maze, while a group of huge monsters threaten outside the walls. One day, the elevator brought them a girl named Theresa (played by Kaya Scodelario), who was the first girl to come here. Afterwards, the maze gradually began to change, and everything fell into chaos. Thomas and Theresa decided to embark on the path of breaking the maze together and discovering the chilling secrets behind it.
