Plot Summary

Cariostro, a small country with a population of only 3500 in Europe, is the birthplace of the world's most authentic counterfeit currency - the Goat's Note. The authenticity of its counterfeit banknotes almost blinded even great thieves like Lupin III. Lu Bang and his companions traveled here and coincidentally met the beautiful girl Clarice who was being chased by a group of thugs. Lu Bang intervened to save him, but he realized something from the ring left by the girl. It turned out that many years ago, Lu Bang came here to search for the whereabouts of the Goat's Note and met Clarice, who was still a child, and her father, who was a great duke.
