Plot Summary

At the end of the 20th century, the assassin organization "Eight Hundred Dragons" grew bigger. The leader, Tearful Seven Dragons, faced the betrayal of Ji Qiutang (played by Liu Xun) and was defeated. He then led his subordinates to Moscow to search for the liaison officer "Table Tennis" who had left the martial arts world, in order to quell the rebellion. Table tennis has been living in the north for a long time, adopting a son and a daughter named Yao Long (played by Xu Guanjie) and Ye Mumei (played by Maggie Cheung). Due to being defeated by the assassins Tear Seven Dragon and Ji Qiutang, table tennis chooses to cooperate with Tear Seven Dragon and lure Yao Long into the opponent. Tear Seven Dragon trains Yao Long, who has excellent qualifications, rigorously to eliminate Ji Qiutang. After losing his memory, Yao Long is at his mercy.
