Plot Summary

Bao Longxing (Chow Xingchi) buys a candidate position as Supervisor of the County with money, but he is greedy, and people in the county hate him very much. When he replaced the official Supervisor of the County, Qi Qin's wife (Zhang Min) was raped by Chang Wei (Zou Zhaolong). Later, Chang Wei killed the whole Qi family, and blamed the Qi Qin's wife. Chang Wei is the son of the Admiral of the Navy. He invited the powerful Fang Tangjing (played by Wu Qihua) and bribed all witnesses to clear his name.
