Plot Summary

In 2012, humans were infected by an unknown virus, and New York became an empty city. Robert Neville (played by Will Smith) is a scientist serving the military and a survivor with immunity to the virus. During the day, he takes his dog Sam to search for food on the streets, broadcasts to find survivors, and researches methods to cure the virus in the laboratory; At night, he could only hide in the house because those who were infected with the virus and did not die became "night demons" who could only come out at night, lose their rationality, and attack everyone. One day, Sam also contracted the virus and died, leaving Robert Neville in unprecedented loneliness.
