Plot Summary

Cesar (played by Luis Tosar), who is in his middle age, is the administrator of a certain apartment building. During his work, he works diligently, greeting every neighbor who passes by him, handling all affairs seriously, and occasionally helping residents take care of their puppies; During rest, he went to the hospital to visit his mother and told her about his day's experiences and observations. However, despite appearing honest and introverted, Cesar has an inhumane secret.
