Description
Plot Summary
Walter (voiced by Peter Linz) and Gary (played by Jason Segel) are a pair of deeply affectionate brothers. The difference is that Walter is a puppet who will never grow tall, while Gary is a normal human. As time goes by, Gary gradually grows up and has his own job and love, while Walter always maintains a childlike heart. His favorite thing to watch is the puppet show on TV, even though the show has been off for many years, he is still a loyal fan of the puppet show. One day, Gary, his girlfriend Mary (played by Amy Adams), and Walter went on a trip to Los Angeles to visit the theater of the puppet show. Walter unexpectedly learned that some unscrupulous person was planning to purchase the land here to mine for oil. In order to protect the holy land in his heart, he must find the members of the puppet family scattered in every corner... This film won the 2012 Academy Award for Best Original Song.
