Plot Summary
In 1982, a three person Antarctic research team belonging to Norway was traveling on an ice sheet and accidentally discovered a strange ship from one million years ago. They also found a mysterious creature frozen in the ice nearby. American paleontologist Kate Lloyd (played by Mary Elizabeth Winstead), who is both talented and beautiful, accompanied a group of researchers to Antarctica at the invitation of Dr. Sandel Halvorsen (played by Ulrich Thomsen). After careful research, they found that this is a creature that has never existed on Earth before. As scientists celebrated this great discovery with songs and dances, mysterious creatures quietly thawed and launched brutal attacks on humanity. After a fierce struggle, the monster ultimately perished in the sea of fire. But the misfortune did not end there. After observing the monster cells, Kate vaguely felt that a disaster was approaching all of humanity
