Plot Summary

Zhang Lei (played by Sun Honglei), the captain of the Jinhai Anti Drug Brigade who has just completed a dangerous mission, unexpectedly meets Hong Kong resident Cai Tianming (played by Louis Koo) who was hospitalized for treatment in a car accident at the hospital. Zhang, who has experienced many battles, quickly determines that Cai is related to drug trafficking.
