Description
Plot Summary
Catherine Zeta Jones has joined Disney+'s "National Treasure" series and co stars with Lisette Alexis. The protagonist and story of the series are different from those of the film, described as "unfolding from the perspective of 20-year-old Latinx woman Jesse Morales (played by Alexis), who embarks on a lifelong adventure with her friends to uncover her mysterious family history and retrieve lost treasures. We will explore current events such as identity, group, historical copyright, and patriotism. Zeta Jones plays Billie, a powerful billionaire, black market antique expert, and independent treasure hunter who grows from a penniless orphan to a shrewd, stylish businessman and adventurer. Billie must get what she likes, and her interest in that Pan American treasure is not just for money, it has deeper interests.
