Plot Summary

A bus hijacking and explosion case in Jinjiang City, a key town in southwest China, has disrupted the city's intricate network of interests. Li Zhitian (played by Yu Hewei), the chairman of Jinwu Group, crosses the political and business circles and is arrogant and domineering. And behind him, Zheng Gang (played by Zhang Guoli), the deputy mayor of Jinjiang City, is unable to collude with him and mutually restrain each other. Zheng Gang's adopted son Su Jianming (played by Lei Jiayin) currently works at the Technical Department of the Municipal Public Security Bureau.
