Plot Summary
The background of the third season of Green Arrow tells the story of Oliver Queen, who has a net worth of billions, suffering a serious cruise accident. Five years after disappearing and being declared dead, he was found alive. When he returned to the metropolis, he was warmly welcomed by his family and friends, but they also felt that he was different from five years ago. The island experience put Oliver to a dual test of both mental and physical health, as he tried his best to conceal his true self in front of everyone, determined to make up for the mistakes his father made to this city back then. During the day, he remained a wealthy young man, but at night he transformed into a righteous messenger known as the 'Green Arrow Hero'. Meanwhile, Detective Quentin, the father of his ex girlfriend Laurel, has decided to arrest this rogue ranger who is not following the rules to maintain city security. And there is also a dark force approaching him in the shadows.
