Plot Summary

The Democratic Republic of Korea suddenly announced in 1994 that it would no longer comply with the Non Proliferation Treaty, which meant it may conduct nuclear weapons research. Satellite monitoring revealed that the North Korean test site was about to conduct missile launch tests. Dangerous signals bring unrest to the entire United States.
