Plot Summary

Simon (played by Jeremy Irons) is a cunning and ruthless terrorist. In order to carry out a shocking conspiracy, he first created an explosion. While the police were busy solving the case, he called Sheriff John McCarran (played by Bruce Willis) and claimed that the police must obey his series of instructions, otherwise he would continue to carry out explosive activities throughout the city. With the help of grocery store owner Zeus (played by Samuel Jackson), McCarran completed Simon's series of instructions and narrowly escaped death multiple times. However, Simon, who was still unsatisfied, ordered McLean to dismantle the bomb in the street garden and claimed to have planted a bomb on a primary school in New York City. Almost all police and municipal officials were mobilized to evacuate students from primary schools and search for bombs.
