Plot Summary

Jack (played by Edward Norton) is an employee of a large car company who suffers from severe insomnia and is filled with crisis and hatred towards everything around him. By chance, Jack met soap merchant Taylor (Brad Pitt), a rebellious, cruel, and violent rogue hero, and moved into Taylor's rundown home after his apartment caught fire. The two became good friends by chance and founded the "Fight Club": an underground organization that allows people to fight without wearing protective gear, with the aim of venting their emotions. The club attracted more and more people, gradually developing into a nationwide underground organization, and Taylor also attracted blind believers with his personal charm. The members of the club were causing trouble, fighting, and wreaking havoc everywhere, and Taylor's behavior was becoming increasingly insane. Jack became increasingly intolerant of the current situation of "Fight Club" and Taylor's behavior, and had a dispute with Taylor. Taylor left him. However, Jack realized that wherever he went, he couldn't shake off Taylor's shadow, and he began to ponder: Who am I really?
