Plot Summary

Under the rule of the military government, Myanmar's western region has been coveted by the military for many years due to its abundant resources. Children there are often forcibly conscripted by the military, and massacres against civilians have become entertainment for some soldiers... A team of church volunteers, in order to enter the area and provide humanitarian assistance to refugees, find the reclusive Rambo (played by Sylvester Stallone) in Thailand, hoping that the latter, who is familiar with the river, can provide help. Rambo believed that the situation had no possibility of changing and refused to lead the way, but was eventually moved by the sincerity of volunteer Sarah (played by Julie Benz) and delivered them. Unexpectedly, this volunteer team was attacked by the army in the village, and all survivors were abducted. The church learned that the volunteers were in danger, organized mercenaries to rescue them, and once again entrusted Rambo to lead the way. This time, Rambo's attitude changed. He led the mercenaries to infiltrate the Myanmar military camp and once again transformed into a passionate warrior.
