Plot Summary

Two years ago, by a twist of fate, three chipmunks named Alvin (voiced by Justin Long), Simon (voiced by Matthew Gray Cooper), and Theodore (voiced by Jesse McCartney) successfully helped a struggling composer named Dave Seville (played by Jason Lee) bounce back. Time flies like an arrow now, and the three adorable guys have completely adapted to human society. Their relationship with Dave is also enjoyable, and of course, the chipmunks haven't forgotten to tease him from time to time... Dave is now a well-known composer, and his life has become busy, even leaving no time to manage his nephew Toby's (Zachary Levy) life. Toby has recently encountered a troublesome situation. His campus is hosting a music competition, and for some reason, he must win the $25000 prize money from the competition. In order to win the game, he sought help from his uncle Dave, but Dave, who was so busy that he couldn't do anything about it, so the heavy responsibility fell on the three chipmunks. Alvin, Simon, and Theodore began their school life, and they also met three other female chipmunks who also loved music on campus - Brittany (voiced by Christina Applegate), Eleanor (voiced by Amy Poehler), and Janet (played by Anna Faris). The romantic spark ignites at the touch of it
