Plot Summary

In the 1960s, bribery was rampant among the Hong Kong police, and the profit chain composed of gambling stalls, fans, intermediaries, and the police profited greatly. In order to solve the case, undercover Fire Qilin (played by Huang Qiusheng) in Kowloon City District resorted to any means necessary and exerted pressure on him.
