Description
Plot Summary
This film mainly tells the legendary story of Thai ancestors fighting for freedom. The cast of this film is not particularly large, so Kantana Film Company will have more funds for post production of this film. The main actors include Prappa Suwanbang, Anant Lapanit, and Sarah Legge. The director of this film, Da Nirattisai Kaljaruek, has been directing this film for 16 years since his previous film "Song of the Cuckoo". The science fiction horror film 'Song of the Cuckoo' is adapted from the book works of Thai politician Kukrit Pramoj. The film 'Thai People Abandoning the Mainland' is also adapted from the work written by Sanya Polprasit in 1973. Due to the varying opinions on the claim that this book won the John F. Kennedy Thailand Foundation Award, the source cannot be verified and has not yet been finalized.
