Description
Plot Summary
Young detective Jonathan White (played by Channing Tatum) has achieved some success in his career when he is transferred back to the 118th district where he grew up to be on duty. Block 118 is a community where poor people live, with a high crime rate. One day, the district chief received an anonymous letter accusing him of a murder case from many years ago. In the letter, Jonathan and his childhood friend Vincent Carter (played by Tracy Morgan) face the threat of being exposed for the murder they committed together. It is this unforgettable secret that is gradually destroying Jonathan's life and career, and his wife Kerry White (played by Katie Holmes) and children are also not spared.
