Plot Summary

Newcomer Becca (played by Anna Kendrick) from Barton University unexpectedly joins the school's Acapella Women's Vocal Chorus, which brings together various well behaved, bad, and strange female members, with the only common feature being the ability to sing in a clear voice that sounds like heavenly music. The members of the club include: "Fat Amy" (played by Rebel Wilson), who considers herself to have the best singing voice and is confident; Audrey (played by Anna Camp), who often speaks disrespectfully and stubbornly sticks to conventions but is actually anxious; Chloe (played by Brittany Snow), the spiritual pillar of the members; Stacy (played by Alexis Knapp), a seductive singer with excessive sexual activity; Priscilla Rose (played by Esther Dean), a man with a charming singing voice; Hanamei Li, whose voice is as small as a mosquito but her spontaneous rap leaves everyone amazed.
