Plot Summary

The legendary mercenary unit "Eagle Group", led by its commander Griffith (voiced by Takahiro Sakurai), ended the Hundred Years' War and became the regular army of the Mithran Kingdom. But the pinnacle of honor was also the beginning of decline. Griffith was thrown into the lowest death row of the "Tower of Rebirth" by the king, suffering unimaginable torture. The Eagle Squad also became a rebel and infiltrated the jungle wilderness, constantly being slaughtered by pursuers. After a dark and long year, the God of War Gus (voiced by Akira Iwanaga) returns to the team and establishes a deep trust with the acting team leader Katsushika (voiced by Momoki). With the help of Princess Charlotte (voiced by Isao Toyozaki), they embark on an adventure to rescue Griffith. Gus gave the desperate eagle group new hope, while Griffith, who had lost everything, fell into despair.
