Description
Plot Summary
In this newly interpreted tragic love story, country musician Jack Moon (played by Bradley Cooper) uncovers waitress Ellie (played by Lady Gaga) who is struggling to make it through. Just as she is about to give up her dream of becoming a singer, Jack persuades her to enter the entertainment industry and falls in love with her while working together. Shortly after, Ellie's career took off, but Jack couldn't overcome his long-standing obsession, causing their relationship to begin to crumble... This film is Bradley Cooper's first self written, directed, acted, and produced film, challenging him with live singing and music composition that he has never attempted before. This is also Lady Gaga's first challenge to the big screen. The songs she sang in the film were created by her, Bradley Cooper, and several other artists. All music is original and recorded live.
