Description
Plot Summary
The movie "Keep Silent" tells the story of famous singer Wan Wenfang being assassinated in a closed dressing room, with only Jimmy Thomas (played by Sun Rui) present at the time. Lawyer Duan Mulan (played by Zhou Xun), as Jimmy's defense lawyer, prepares to plead his innocence and engages in a heated argument with prosecutor Wu Zhengwei (played by Wu Zhenyu) in court, revealing the truth layer by layer. At this time, some insiders claimed that the suspect Jimmy Thomas was the illegitimate child abandoned by Wan Wenfang, and this revelation turned the nature of the case into a "matricide" case. With the involvement of the key witness in this case, Tian Jingcheng (played by Zufeng), the producer of Wan Wenfang, the truth has become increasingly confusing.
