Description
Plot Summary
The Eight Mountains tells a story of friendship. As children grow into men, they try not to repeat their father's fate, but the life paths they choose ultimately bring them back to their respective homes. Pietro is a child from the city, while Bruno is the last child from a forgotten mountain village. As time passed, Bruno remained loyal to the mountains, while Pietro returned and left. Their respective experiences allow them to taste love and loss, recall their origins, and witness the unfolding of fate. Pietro and Bruno eventually discovered the true meaning of eternal friendship.
