Description
Plot Summary
The film is adapted from the true event of "three thousand orphans entering Inner Mongolia" in history: in the late 1950s, New China suffered from severe natural disasters, and a large number of southern orphans faced the crisis of malnutrition. At this critical moment, the Party Committee and Government of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region voluntarily volunteered to the central government, adhering to the principle of "taking one, living one, and strengthening one". Nearly 3000 orphans were taken to the grasslands and handed over to simple and kind herdsmen for adoption. Here, children who are far away from their hometowns will learn to integrate into new environments and families, and face new family members. And all their anxieties and pains will be resolved one by one by the earth moving human love.
