Description
Plot Summary
Around the turn of the millennium, Tiger City was in turmoil, and the government decided to eradicate the corrupt underground entertainment industry and money laundering practices in order to restore order and reduce crime rates. The black and evil forces represented by Fourth Lord (played by Zhang Zhaohui) and the director of the Commercial Investigation Department, Zuo Junzhe (played by Wu Zhenyu), secretly manipulate the situation and attempt to seize the opportunity of market opening to fish in troubled waters and compete for management rights. The police, represented by Jiang Wenfeng (played by Zhong Hanliang), engaged in a thrilling confrontation with them.
