Description
Plot Summary
The sequel to the Battle of Mingliang will also be put on the production schedule. According to the film company, the sequel is planned to be co produced by China and South Korea, and is expected to be released simultaneously in both countries. This will completely break the time difference between the release of films from the two countries. In history, in 1598, the second year after the Battle of Mingliang, the Chinese and Korean naval forces and the Japanese navy led by Toyotomi Hideyoshi engaged in the Battle of Luliang. Korean general Lee Soon sun (played by Choi Min sik in "The Battle of Mingliang") and Ming Dynasty general Deng Zilong jointly commanded and achieved a great victory. If China and South Korea can really collaborate on a sequel, it should be to shoot this story. It is highly anticipated which male star from China will star in the role of Deng Zilong and compete with Cui Minzhi.
